1. Who we are and what this document is about

CWash (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a SaaS platform for carpet cleaning business automation. This document describes the rules for using the service — the web application, the mobile application, and the related APIs.

By registering and using the service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Who can use the service

The service is intended for legal entities and sole entrepreneurs operating a carpet cleaning business. By creating an account on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to enter into agreements on its behalf.

3. Registration and account

To use the service, you need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Accuracy of registration data
  • Password security and access protection
  • All actions taken under your account
  • Keeping your contact information up to date

If you suspect unauthorised access — notify us immediately.

4. Pricing and billing

  • Starter tier — 14-day free trial
  • Business and Pro tiers — paid, billed monthly or annually
  • Prices are published on the Pricing page; we may change them with 30 days’ notice
  • When switching tiers, billing is recalculated pro-rata
  • Refunds — only in cases expressly required by law or an individual agreement

Taxes (VAT and others) are included in or added on top of the price depending on jurisdiction — details are on the invoice.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for:

  • Activities that violate the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the country you operate from
  • Storing and processing personal data without a legal basis
  • Mailings without recipient consent (spam)
  • Reverse engineering, code copying, bypassing protection
  • Load testing without our written consent
  • Reselling or transferring access to third parties without a matching tier

In case of violation we may suspend or close your account.

6. Your content and data

All data you upload into the service (orders, carpet cleaning customers, employees, reports) remains yours. We process it on your behalf to provide the service.

You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining end-customer consent to process their data
  • Lawfulness of the data collected
  • Compliance of your activity with data protection requirements

After account closure, you can request a data export within 30 days. After that we may delete the data (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Our intellectual property

The software code, design, documentation, “CWash” trademark and logos are ours. Service access does not transfer rights to this intellectual property to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service within the paid tier.

8. Third-party services

The service may integrate with third parties (SMS gateways, payment systems, mapping services, analytics). The third-party providers are responsible for the operation of those services — each has its own terms.

9. Service availability (SLA)

We aim for 99.5% monthly availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. For prolonged outages caused by us, compensation takes the form of tier extension for the downtime duration (paid tiers only).

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will fit all your tasks or operate without interruptions or errors.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months of service use, or USD 1,000 — whichever is greater. We are not liable for lost profits, data loss due to causes outside our control, or indirect damages.

12. Termination

You can close your account at any time via the dashboard or by writing to info@cwash.uz. Money for unused periods is not refunded unless required by law or an individual agreement.

We may suspend or close your account for violations of terms, with notice (unless the violation requires immediate action).

13. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. Material changes are announced with 30 days’ notice via email and/or an in-service banner. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.

14. Governing law and disputes

The terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are heard in courts at the location of CWash, unless otherwise required by law or agreement between the parties.
